Guy is a former partner with Ernst & Young and retired after 35 years of delivering Guy is a former partner with Ernst & Young and retired after 35 years of delivering audit and accounting services to leading public companies. He has extensive healthcare and medical device industry experience and currently serves as a director for a number of publicly traded medical device and healthcare related businesses.
Guy graduated from Penn State and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
